Our GWFFA Social Boat Days are for all members to enjoy loch style fishing on one of the Anglian Water Reservoirs. They are very informal and members can bring guests by contacting The Club Captain, Christopher Faulkner. The boats will be paired with an experienced angler with a newer less experienced member and its all about learning and enjoyment .

We meet at 0845 at the Lodge,  fish from 0930 to 1300 when we stop for lunch on the grass outside the lodge,  and share our morning experiences, then back fishing at 1345.   The day finishes when you want to stop or you reach the official boats in time !!

2025 and 2026 New Members can attend one social day for the subsidised price of £5.00 to encourage participation.  just contact Christopher
